REGULAR EATING HABIT


Food  must be clean and contain various nutrition. Clean food is important for healthy body. Dirty food becomes stale easily. Stale food is not good to eat. Stale food may contain bacteria. We had better not eat stale food. Stale food smells terrible.
Fly-ridden food may contain a lot of bacteria if it is eaten, it may cause bodyache. We had better not eat fly-ridden food.
We need only clean food. We also need to have meal regularly. We should have breakfast, lunch and dinner regularly. Irregular eating  habit is not good for body health. We should eat, work and rest regularly in order to have a good health
